1. About divine.store

divine.store is an Indian digital product brand that sells Canva templates, content systems, and creator tools. Our products are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipping involved.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Digital Product Delivery

• All products are delivered digitally via a download link immediately after successful payment confirmation.
• Download links are sent to your registered email and/or WhatsApp number.
• divine.store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information provided by the buyer.
• Download links may be valid for a limited time. Save your files promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

• All templates and digital products sold by divine.store are for personal and commercial use by the buyer only.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the templates or any part of the bundle with third parties.
• You may not claim the original templates as your own designs or intellectual property.
• divine.store retains all ownership rights to the original template designs.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via Superprofile.bio using UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
• divine.store does not store any payment information on its servers.
• Festival or promotional pricing is valid only during the specified offer period.

6. Refund Policy

As this is a digital product that is delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction support guarantee. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. divine.store does not guarantee that the templates will result in specific follower counts, income, or business outcomes. Individual results will vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

divine.store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product (₹399).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
